Scheduling/Booking With Wrights Concessions
If you would like to send a email with your available dates for the multiple facilities we manage you are more than welcome to do so. We will certainly use this information when building the weekly schedules.
Berliner
The schedule at Berliner Sports Park can change on a moments notice. We typically do not have the finalized schedule until the Tuesday or Wednesday prior to the tournament start date. Typically we call on vendors when we are in need of additional mobile setups. The schedule dictates weather we are using the fields in the back of the park. When The fields towards the back of the park are being heavily used is when vendors are mostly scheduled. If the tournament directors are using the fields it also matters which fields they are using so we can locate vendors appropriately to ensure the greatest amount of success for the vendor and close proximity for the customer to access.
We do not typically schedule Berliner tournaments much in advance for the reasons above.
Spindler Park
Spindler can be booked in advance. If you have dates available and are ready to get them booked go ahead and reach out to vendors@wrightsconcessions.com or call our office at 614-859-3272. We can go ahead and get you scheduled and on the calendar.
